ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 

From time to time some items may be available for pre-order, in which case we will accept Advance Payment for the item in order to ensure that your purchase receives priority once the item is available.  In the event that we are unable to deliver any selected Advance Payment merchandise, you will be notified by email and your Advance Payment will be refunded within thirty days.

 

CONTRACT

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.

 

PAYMENTS

All prices stated on our web Website are in £ (GBP sterling)

Buyer pays all postage / shipping charges, import duties and taxes (as required).

We are unable to advise you in relation to any import duties and taxes and we recommend you contact the local customs office at the delivery destination in this respect.

 

We accept payments by PayPal unless otherwise agreed in advance.

When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal Website to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will automatically return to raikamo.com. 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

 

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

We insure each purchase until it is delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer.  All deliveries require an authorised signature from the buyer,  If the buyer has specified a third party  recipient who is not the buyer, (for example when sending a gift) then the buyer  agrees to accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at the specified delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of our delivery obligation.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You have the legal right to cancel your order provided you give us written notice.   Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Notice of an order cancellation must be given by email to customercare@raikamo.com.

We will issue you a full refund including the shipping cost for cancelled orders. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us undamaged, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to: RAIKAMO, RAIKAMO, 20750 Ventura Blvd., Suite 342, Los Angeles, CA 91364, USA. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition with all the original tags still attached.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

 

RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase you may return it for an exchange or a full refund.  Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.  You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us undamaged, at your own cost. Returned goods should be returned to: RAIKAMO, 20750 Ventura Blvd., Suite 342, Los Angeles, CA 91364, USA.  All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in original condition with all the original tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, used or tampered with  may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
